Since our establishment in 2002, we have been committed to servicing Melbourne and Brisbane’s business and industry workforce solutions. We are proudly 100% Australian owned and operated and are dedicated to supporting your company to thrive.
Logical Staffing Solutions was born out of a need to supply high-quality candidates to logistics, manufacturing, and transportation industries. We noticed that the personnel recruitment market was littered with agencies, few of which had the internal expertise and knowledge to confidently fulfil the requirements of their clients.
We proudly only employ internal operations staff that have previous hands-on experience within the industries we serve and our key stakeholders have more than 75 years combined experience in labour hire, and full supply chain.

Russell and Robert Coustley, both having experience within the recruitment sector, founded Logical Staffing Solutions when they met more than in the early 2000s. They identified a gap in the manufacturing, logistics and transportation recruitment market and sought to fill it.
Russell enjoys placing individuals into roles where they can contribute and succeed in their chosen career. Over the past 25 years, he has supported thousands of people to do just that.
When he is not working, Russell can be found spending time with his family or taking an occasional weekend of fishing.
Partner - Logical Executive Solutions
Caroline has over 17 years of recruitment industry experience across a range of industries including Supply Chain and Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing and other allied industries.
Together with the Directors of Logical Staffing Solutions, Logical Executive Solutions was founded in February 2006 to provide Executive Recruitment services dedicated to the transport and logistics industry.
On the weekends Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and friends relaxing and enjoying the many activities Melbourne has to offer.
National Operations Manager
Tom has worked at Logical Staffing since 2013, where he started as a recruitment consultant, then as Team leader and is now our National operations manager.
His focus is providing the best possible services to our client and candidates, whilst tackling the challenges of day to day operations
In his spare time when he isn’t with his family, friends and dogs, he enjoys the Melbourne restaurant and live music scene.

I have been working for Logical since 2017. Prior to working for Logical I worked in the finance team of an Australian exporter.
I value the importance of employees being paid correctly and on time.
Being the daughter of a Truck Driver I understand the challenges that Truck Drivers face in their day to day operations.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, dogs and working with my horses.
Victorian Operations Manager
Ebony started her Recruitment career at the age of 17 as a temp administrator for a labour hire business. It was then she developed a passion for the industry and almost 10 years later she runs her own team of dedicated professionals.
Ebony has a strong drive to exceed her customers’ expectations, ensuring she follows through with honesty and integrity.
When she’s not at work you will find her spending time with her young family – camping and exploring.
